Domain Registration Information

RDUonline will register your Domain Name (that's the www.yourname.com stuff) with Internic for you. "InterNIC" is the US company mandated to maintain a list of Domain Names to the public. Registration services, called Registrars, will update this list with a reserved domain name for you for a small fee. Typically, registering your desired www.domain runs $35/year. This fee is imposed by the Registrar DomainBank -- we do not add a surcharge. If you already own your domain, we'll conduct the transfer for you, usually within 24 hours of notice. It's that simple. How to register for a Domain Name? You have two choices:

Let us do it for you. There is no additional service fee charged for us to register your domain for you, only what the registrar will bill you. This service is free with every new account. We will need some billing information and payment from you prior to the registration.
Register yourself. When you open an account with us, we will provide you with all of the account information needed to manage your domain. You'll also have access to our WebNotes site for design considerations, useful information about working with the Internet, Search Engines and more. Login or Renew. Do you already have one or more domains registered through us? Access your account here.
If you have misplaced your account access information, our registrar will send the Admin Contact the proper login info. Simply send an email from the account listed as the Admin Contact to support@domainbank.com. In the body of your email, tell them you have misplaced your login information and to please email the same for your domain. (Don't forget to tell them the name of the domain.)

If you are re-registering your domain, and have it listed with another registrar, we encourage you to talk with us before you renew.
